Kalua Pig... (Mainland Style)


3 lb. Pork Roast
1 Tbsp. Coarse Sea Salt (or Rock Salt)
1 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Cups Water

Cook in a crockpot on "low" for 6-8 hours.  Shred with a fork.  Serve over white rice.

(This gives you the taste you're craving without the pit in the backyard... Aloha!)
